All customer data is archived in a TrueCrypt secured volume, with a weekly external TrueCrypt secured backup volume stored off site.

Only data pertaining to transactions is retained.

Customers may request that all of their archived data be deleted at any time.

All non-order related email correspondence is manually deleted within 72 hours.

We will never sell or distribute any of our customer information to any third party.

Although we strive hard to keep your data secure, we acknowledge that we can not 100% guarantee that your correspondence with us will not be intercepted without our knowledge. So we advise our customers to take precautions if they feel it is necessary.
